What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate with trades personnel on maintenance tasks, both corrective and preventative
- Develop, implement, and manage preventive maintenance programs and schedules
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor safety compliance and maintenance standards
- Manage operational and capital expenditure projects within budget and safety guidelines
- Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track and report maintenance activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
- Proven experience in facilities management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and contractor/vendor management
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time
