Job summary

Golden-Touch-Group is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Technical Designer to support apparel development. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Technical Design team for pattern corrections, fit approvals, and documentation, ensuring garments are accurately developed from concept to production.

Qualifications include an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1–3 years of experience in Technical Design. This role offers a hybrid work schedule with 4 days in-office and flexible Fridays.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Technical Design, Product Development, or related role.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and patternmaking principles.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support reviewing fit samples and implementing pattern corrections.
• Update and maintain technical packages and measurement charts.
• Coordinate with overseas offices and factory partners.
