Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required or strongly preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a specialty retail environment.
• Six months supervisory or team lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides superior customer service and operates the cash register to itemize purchases.
• Assists Store Team Leader in creating a customer-first store culture.
• Maintains clean, organized store and conducts safe merchandising and displays.
• Rotates product and builds eye-catching displays to drive sales.
• Assists in training staff and scheduling; supports cashier accountability and deposits.
