pOpshelf seeks an Assistant Team Leader to help maintain a clean, well‑organized store while supporting the Store Team Leader in creating a customer‑first culture through exceptional standards and team engagement. Responsibilities include supervising staff, merchandising, stocking, cash handling, deposits, and ensuring safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a specialty retail environment preferred.
• Six months of supervisory or team‑lead experience preferred.
