Job summary

pOpshelf is seeking a Lead Team Member to provide excellent customer service and maintain clean, organized store environments. You will assist customers in locating items, operate cash registers, and support merchandising efforts. Strong communication skills and a high school diploma are preferred.

This role requires a hands-on approach to fostering a positive team culture and ensuring store standards are met. Applicants should be prepared for a fast-paced retail environment with various physical demands.

Qualifications

• Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform cash register functions.
• High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members in maintaining a clean and organized store.
• Assist customers with locating and purchasing merchandise.
• Ensure store standards are maintained for customer satisfaction.

Skills
