Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a specialty retail environment preferred.
• Six months supervisory or team lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides superior customer service to exceed expectations.
• Assists Store Team Leader with store operations.
• Facilitates store merchandising to attract customers.
• Maintains inventory levels and assists in managing cash.
• Opens and closes the store as needed.
