Job Title: Assistant Team Lead - Wall

Location: Manitowoc, WI
Salary: $21.50/hour + $2.00/hour shift premium
Work Environment: Manufacturing Facility

Position Information:
The Assistant Team Lead - Wall position is designed to assist the Production Coordinator and Lean Process Manager. You will ensure production technicians have the necessary products to maintain production, document downtime tracking, and quality information. This role also serves as a backup to the Production Coordinator.

Schedule:
2nd Shift - Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm, some overtime

Core Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent


• Prior Leadership experience helpful


• Manufacturing experience helpful


• Forklift certification


• Effective communication and listening skills


• Understanding and ability to use the BPCS system


• Computer knowledge with Microsoft Outlook, Word, & Excel


• Thorough knowledge of product (or the ability to learn it) and ability to answer questions regarding product specifics
