Position: Assistant Team Lead - Wall

Location: Manitowoc, WI

Salary: $21.50/hour + $2.00/hour shift premium

Work Environment: Manufacturing Facility

Position Details: The Assistant Team Lead - Wall assists the Production Coordinator and Lean Process Manager by ensuring production technicians have the necessary products, documenting downtime and quality information, and serving as a backup to the Production Coordinator.

Schedule: 2nd Shift - Monday-Friday, 2pm-10pm, with some overtime.

Core Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent; prior leadership or manufacturing experience helpful; forklift certification preferred; effective communication and listening skills; proficiency with BPCS system and Microsoft Office; thorough knowledge of product or ability to learn it.
