Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is hiring Assistant Teachers to join our child care team. You will support daily care, maintain a clean and engaging classroom, and participate in ongoing training to support child development.

Ideal candidates will meet state requirements, be able to work indoors or outdoors, and enjoy working with children in a dynamic environment. Monday–Friday schedules are common, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun,interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschooland childdevelopment topics.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $15.45-$16.05 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
