Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is hiring Assistant Teachers to inspire lifelong learners and support daily care for children in a nurturing environment.

You will follow licensing guidelines, keep a clean and organized classroom, and engage with families while supporting children's learning through play and structured activities. We offer a Monday-Friday schedule with compensation including health insurance, a 401K plan with company match, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• Must meet state licensing and accreditation requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and be physically active.
• Excellent communication with families.
• Ability to observe, assess, and plan for children.

Responsibilities

Assistant Teachers:

• Love to learn! Complete extensive training onchildcare, preschooland childdevelopment topics.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $16.48-$17.12 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
