Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is hiring Assistant Teachers to support a loving daycare environment in Rahway, NJ. You will help create a fun, interactive classroom, follow licensing guidelines, and maintain a clean, organized space to foster daily learning and growth.

You will observe and assess children's development, plan activities, and communicate with families about progress. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, benefits, and opportunities to grow with a national child care provider.

Qualifications

• Must meet state and licensing education/experience requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors with children.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $16.40-17.03 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
