Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is hiring Assistant Teachers to inspire young minds in a daycare setting. You will follow licensing guidelines, maintain a clean, interactive classroom, and support daily care of every child.

You’ll engage with families, observe and plan for children, and participate in ongoing training on childcare and development. This role offers Monday–Friday work, with benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $17.51-18.19 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
