Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring Assistant Teachers to support daily care, engage children, and follow licensing guidelines. You will help keep a clean, organized classroom, observe and plan activities, and communicate with families.

This role includes a Monday–Friday schedule, pay of $16.48–$17.12 hourly, and benefits such as health insurance for full-time employees, tuition assistance, and education support. Transportation is required, and training on childcare topics is provided.

Qualifications

• Must meet state or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Able to engage in physical activity indoors or outdoors with children.
• Complete extensive training on childcare topics.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily care of children and maintain a safe, organized classroom.
• Observe, assess, and plan activities tailored to each child.
• Communicate with families to share updates and progress.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $16.48-$17.12 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
