Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking Assistant Teachers who are excited to help children learn through play and daily exploration while keeping a safe, engaging classroom.

You will observe and plan for children, communicate with families, and complete training on childcare topics. The role offers $16.48–$17.12 per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule and full-time benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Complete extensive training on childcare topics.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child, maintaining a clean, organized classroom.
• Observe, assess, and plan for children while effectively communicating with families.
• Engage in ongoing training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $16.48-17.12 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
