Job summary

Learning Care Group in Georgia is seeking energetic Assistant Teachers to support daily care and inspire lifelong learning for children in our care. You will follow licensing guidelines, maintain a clean, interactive classroom, and assist in engaging activities with the children.

You will observe, assess, and plan for children, and communicate effectively with families while completing training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.

Qualifications

• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $18.13-18.83 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
