Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. in Moorestown, NJ is hiring Assistant Teachers who will follow licensing guidelines, keep classrooms clean, and engage children in a fun, interactive setting.

You will observe, assess, and plan for children, communicate with families, and complete childcare training. This role requires energy, dependability, willingness to work indoors or outdoors, and meeting state or accreditation requirements.

Assistant Teachers

• Love to help! Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child. Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.


• Love to engage! Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.


• Love to learn! Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay $16.40-17.03 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
