Job summary

Learning Care is hiring Assistant Teachers who love to help, engage with children and learn through extensive training in childcare and development. You will follow licensing guidelines to ensure daily care and maintain a clean, interactive classroom, while communicating effectively with families.

The role offers a Monday–Friday work week with dedicated onboarding, health benefits for full‑time staff, 401K options and a path to growth within a supportive team.

Assistant Teachers:

• Love to help! Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child. Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.

• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Compensation & Benefits:
• Pay $17.50 - $24.25 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
• Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification available to all employees
