Town of Gilbert is seeking a highly motivated professional to join Team Gilbert as Assistant Tax Compliance Manager. You will report to the Tax Compliance Manager and oversee audits, provide advanced TP tax assistance, and coordinate with the Arizona Department of Revenue to resolve issues.
The ideal candidate will have extensive TP tax auditing experience, strong analytical abilities, and proven leadership to mentor staff.

This position is an At-Will position and is FLSA Exempt - ineligible for overtime compensation.
This position has been identified as an eligible position for a Hybrid or Remote work agreement. Modified work privileges are approved at the sole discretion of the department director; as such, the department reserves the right to modify or discontinue modified work arrangements at any point. Regardless of work location (Remote, On-Site, or Hybrid) Town of Gilbert employees are required to reside in the state of Arizona.
