Job summary

Life Time Inc. seeking an Aquatics Assistant Swim Team Coach to help swimmers improve in indoor/outdoor pools, with supervision from the Head Swim Team Coach.

You will register new participants, write group workouts, and maintain facility cleanliness, while promoting Life Time programs. A 1-year coaching background and lifeguard credentials are required, with Life Time certifications completed within scope.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year swim coaching experience.
• ASCA Level 1 or higher preferred.
• Lifeguard certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Completion of Life Time Swim Instructor Certification.

Responsibilities

• Offer swimmers opportunity to master technique under head coach.
• Run daily practices as directed by the head coach.
• Promote Life Time products, services and programs.
