Come and play an important part on our incredible team today!**What you get to do:**As an Assistant Supervisor for Rides, you’ll play a lead role in ensuring positive, memorable guest experiences. You’ll strive to exceed guest expectations while resolving any and all guest situations. This involves training, coaching and mentoring Ambassadors to deliver consistently outstanding performances. You will:* Provide Ambassadors with proper training and tools* Monitor and track team member attendance and performance, administer daily team member break schedules* Ensure compliance of Child Labor Laws with regards to breaks, lunches and hours worked per day* Handle Guest Service matters in a timely manner according to departmental procedures* Correct issues and provide positive reinforcement to Ambassadors* Conduct equipment and safety checks* Assist with monitoring the area opening and closing procedures and ensure all team members complete tasks within a timely manner* Enforce department/park policies and procedures* Complete daily and weekly reports* Follow Park protocol in emergency situations* Establish and maintain a positive professional atmosphere which ensures the highest level of team member while supporting and demonstrating exemplary guest service* Perform other duties as assigned**What it takes to succeed:*** A passion for customer service* Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills* Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities* Active listener with the ability to anticipate guests’ needs* Ability to work in a team to promote and ensure a safe and secure environment* Ability to assist with pre and post season setup and breakdown on a limited basis.
