Job description

As an Assistant Supervisor in our Park Operations Department you will be responsible for supervising a shift within a specific outlet, establishing a positive atmosphere to ensure the highest level of ambassador performance and guest service, supervising, training, and coaching ambassadors, accurately tracking labor, complying with opening/closing procedures, ensuring cleanliness, and assisting with animal program check‑ins.

What It Takes To Succeed

• Minimum age 16 (18 for certain venues).
• Provide approved footwear on first day.
• Minimum of three months park experience or three months external hospitality or leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of English with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Provide excellent guest service to guests and ambassadors.
• Walk and stand for long periods in extreme weather.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Practice safe work habits and use personal protective equipment.
• Ensure compliance with SEA grooming guidelines and employment standards.
• Complete all legal, company, and department training requirements, including testing and certifications on time.
• Availability: 3 full days a week required; possible consideration for 2 days on Saturday and Sunday.

$13.00 per hour
