DMK Development Group is seeking an Assistant Superintendent for a Muskegon, Michigan project. You will oversee site operations, coordinate with the Project Manager, and ensure safety and quality from start to finish.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of construction leadership, experience in healthcare or multifamily projects, and proficiency with Procore and MS Office. Competitive pay and benefits are offered in a waterfront senior housing project setting.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of leading construction projects; healthcare and multifamily experience preferred.
• Strong safety knowledge and compliance.
• Read and interpret construction plans and specs.
• Procore experience; MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) proficiency.
• Ability to lift up to 90 pounds and work in demanding conditions.

Aufgaben

• Work on project from start to closeout.
• Manage day-to-day operations at the site.
• Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules.
• Maintain daily field status reports.
• Foster relationships with team, subcontractors, owners, and city officials.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and support team.
• Perform quality control reviews of materials and work.
• Inspect work and take corrective actions.
• Plan inspections and liaise with authorities for approvals.
• Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors.
• Support safety team to maintain a safe environment.
• Assist with additional duties as needed.
