Job summary

Moss & Associates is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to help plan, schedule, and direct the construction of large-scale multi-family residential projects in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in construction management or related discipline and 1–5 years of experience. A specialty in trades such as MEP or concrete is helpful. You will work with the Superintendent to maintain safety, quality, and regulatory standards on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in construction management, engineering, or related discipline; 1–5 years on multi-family residential projects.
• Strong leadership and initiative with problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and scheduling methods.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Superintendent in coordinating schedules, inspections, methods, safety, quality standards, permits, and company policies.
• Collaborates with the Superintendent to ensure site and assets are secure.
• Maintains a safe working environment through safety and quality control programs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
