Job summary

You will work with the project team to plan, schedule, organize and direct field activities, ensuring project milestones are met and safety standards are followed.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction management, engineering, or related discipline.
• MEP or concrete specialty can be helpful.
• 1-5 years' experience on multi-family residential construction projects.
• Leadership and initiative required.
• Computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Assist Superintendent to coordinate schedules, inspections, standards, permits, safety and quality control.
• Collaborate to secure project site and assets.
• Maintain a safe work environment through safety and quality programs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
