You will support the Superintendent, coordinate with subs, ensure safety and quality, and help manage project assets. This role emphasizes leadership, problem solving, and a proactive approach to site operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in construction management, engineering, or related discipline or relevant experience.
• A specialty in trades such as MEP or concrete can be helpful.
• 1 – 5 years’ experience on multi‑family residential construction projects
• Exceptional ability to lead and manage others
• Initiative and problem‑solving skills are a necessity
• Computer Proficiency

Responsibilities

• Assists the Superintendent in communicating with subcontractors and employees a consistent level of expectations and direction regarding schedules, coordinate city inspections, construction methods, company policies and procedures, permits, safety, quality control and other performance standards
• Collaborates with Superintendent to ensure project site and company assets are secure
• Maintains a safe working environment at all times by implementing safety and quality control programs
• Perform other related duties as assigned
