Moss is seeking an Assistant Superintendent for Dallas/Fort-Worth, Texas to support large-scale multi-family residential projects. You will help plan, schedule and direct construction activities, coordinate city inspections, and uphold safety, quality, and company policies.

A bachelor’s in construction management or related discipline with 1–5 years of experience is preferred. You will collaborate with the superintendent to lead subcontractors and ensure project timelines are met while

• Bachelor’s in construction management, engineering, or related discipline or relevant experience.
• Experience leading teams on multi-family residential construction projects.
• Ability to coordinate with subcontractors, inspectors and internal stakeholders.
• Proven problem-solving and initiative in a fast-paced site environment.
