Job summary

Moss is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to join our Oklahoma City team and manage large-scale multi-family residential projects. You will assist the Superintendent by planning, scheduling, coordinating subs, and leading on-site safety and quality programs.

You will communicate expectations, monitor progress, inspect city permits, and help protect project assets while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction management, engineering, or related discipline.
• 1–5 years’ experience on multi-family residential construction projects.
• Ability to lead and manage others; initiative and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent in communicating with subcontractors and employees to align schedules, safety, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Superintendent to secure project site and company assets.
• Maintain a safe working environment by implementing safety and quality control programs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
