• Bachelor’s in construction management, engineering, or related discipline or relevant experience.
• Experience leading teams on multi-family residential construction projects.
• Ability to coordinate with subcontractors, inspectors and internal stakeholders.
• Proven problem-solving and initiative in a fast-paced site environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent with scheduling, direction and expectations on site.
• Coordinate city inspections, safety programs and quality control procedures.
• Maintain secure project site and protect company assets.
