Job summary

Elmington Construction, a Nashville-based general contractor and construction management company, is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to assist in leading the field team and oversee all on-site work. You will ensure quality standards, inspections, safety, and adherence to guidelines while coordinating with the PM team and subcontractors for on-site logistics.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred but may be substituted with experience.
• Ten years of related construction experience and/or training.
• Commercial/Multi-Family construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage field team support and oversee on-site work.
• Ensure quality standards, inspections, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedule, and material deliveries.
• Assist planning, daily & progress reports, and compliance reporting.
• Mentor teammates and drive project closeout activities.
