C. Herman Construction is seeking an experienced Assistant Superintendent for ground-up multi-family projects. You will report to the Lead Project Superintendent and assist with overall on-site management from inception to turnover.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in ground-up multi-family construction, strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. You will supervise subcontractors and ensure safety and schedule adherence on the jobsite.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years’ experience with ground-up, multi-family projects of 100+ units
• Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred but not required
• Proficient in reading plans, specs, contracts and drawings

Aufgaben

• Communicate daily with the superintendent and assist with on-site management
• Supervise subcontractors and maintain safe work conditions on site
• Monitor schedules, budgets and coordination to meet milestones
• Prepare daily logs and turnover sheets for units near completion
• Ensure safety policies and OSHA requirements are followed on-site
