Job summary

The NRP Group LLC in Florida is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to coordinate and supervise on-site construction of multi-family projects under the Project Superintendent. You will manage daily schedules, coordinate subs, review plans, and ensure safety, quality and timely inspections.

This on-site role emphasizes accountability, collaboration with field teams, and adherence to design documents and budgets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2+ years in managing multi-family construction.
• Knowledge of site work, utilities, structure, mechanical and interior finishes.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production schedules and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate subcontractors and materials.
• Update schedule docs and inspections as directed.
• Schedule trades with oversight from the Project Superintendent.
• Ensure safety, quality and adherence to plans and budgets.
• Communicate project status daily to the Project Superintendent.
