Job summary

Clune Construction is seeking an Assistant Superintendent with 2–5 years of experience in commercial interiors, healthcare, or mission-critical projects to join our San Francisco team. The role emphasizes field leadership, coordination with management, and proactive scheduling to protect safety, cost, and schedule.

A BS in construction-related field is preferred, and resume submission is required. You will develop master schedules, monitor field progress, and lead trade coordination meetings

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience managing commercial interior, healthcare and/or mission-critical projects.
• Resume required from all candidates.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project management during budget development to identify field risks and phasing that affect cost.
• Develop master schedules reflecting field logic and construction constraints.
• Lead trade coordination meetings and resolve field conflicts to protect schedule and productivity.
• Manage field staff, daily paperwork, and safety practices to ensure quality and compliance.
• Present three-week lookahead schedules and coordinate logistics, deliveries, and site access.
