Clune Construction is seeking an Assistant Superintendent in Dallas, TX for mission-critical interior, healthcare and other complex projects. The role requires coordinating with project management, managing field sequencing, safety, and trade partners to meet milestones.

The candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in similar projects, a BS in Construction Management or related field, and will work in an employee-owned environment offering strong benefits including an ESOP and 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in construction management, architecture or engineering preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience managing commercial interior, healthcare and/or mission-critical projects.
• Resume required.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with project management to develop master schedules and field sequencing.
• Lead trade coordination meetings and resolve field conflicts.
• Plan field sequencing to protect schedule and productivity.
• Manage day-to-day communication with building management and trades.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure safe work practices on site.
