Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Superintendent or similar field role.
• Experience leading field teams on commercial construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating short-term (2-4 week) jobsite activities with trade contractors.
• Support development of the project schedule including three-week lookahead planning.
• Monitor contractor performance to align with timelines and requirements.
• Facilitate timely approvals and documentation with architects, engineers, and authorities.
• Uphold safety, quality, environmental standards and site cleanliness.
