Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of construction experience on similar projects.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Quality Control: Manage the project's quality control plan, ensuring all work meets or exceeds project specifications, drawings, and industry standards.
• Supervision: Assist with all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, coordinating subcontractors, and managing project resources.
• Safety: Cultivate a culture of safety on the job site. Enforce all safety regulations, conduct regular safety meetings, and ensure all personnel are following proper safety procedures.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and accurate project documentation, including daily reports, inspection logs, and progress reports.
• Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for the project team, subcontractors, and client representatives.
