Responsibilities

• Prepares the project schedule and maintains status reports.
• Oversees day-to-day supervision and field coordination of subcontractors.
• Reviews progress with Project Manager and client representatives.
• Ensures safety standards are implemented and followed on site.
• Directs subcontractors within interior commercial fit-outs.
• Analyzes manpower, materials, and equipment needs on site.
• Implements policies and procedures established by field management.
• Prepares forecasts and progress reports for supervisors.
• Ensures tools and equipment on site are operated safely.
• Applies engineering methods and leadership to drive project success.
