Qualifications

• OSHA 30-Hour Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• 2+ years in a field-based construction role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main field contact for clients ensuring excellent communication.
• Direct and schedule subcontractors' daily activities.
• Enforce Safety Program and support safety plan development.
• Ensure construction aligns with project documents and specs.
• Establish and maintain an organized site office.
• Collaborate closely with Project Manager for insights and updates.
