Job summary

G&E Partners in South Florida is seeking two Interior Assistant Superintendents to support luxury multifamily projects in the Aventura area. You will own interior finishes from rough-ins to turnover, ensuring quality, schedule and safety as the project nears completion.

Working with an experienced Superintendent team, you will coordinate interior subcontractors, monitor quality and progress, manage punch lists, and help with short-term scheduling and site logistics to deliver premium units

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience as an Assistant Superintendent on multifamily, mixed-use or high-rise projects.
• Strong understanding of interior finishes, punch, quality control and turnover.
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades in a fast-paced construction environment.

G&E Partners are currently representing one of South Florida's leading multifamily General Contractors in their search for two Interior Assistant Superintendents to support the delivery of a luxury residential development in the Aventura area.

Working alongside an experienced Superintendent team, you'll take ownership of interior finishes from rough-ins through to turnover, ensuring quality, schedule and safety standards are maintained throughout the final stages of construction.
