Job summary

Rinvio in Ashburn, VA is seeking an on-site superintendent to lead multiple trade crews across a large commercial project. You will maintain safe, productive progress and act as the main field contact for the owner's team, with no need for a specific electrical or mechanical specialty background.

You will direct field staff, manage schedules, oversee inspections, and drive punch lists through closeout and handover, ensuring work aligns with the project plan and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Track record as a superintendent or assistant superintendent leading trade partners on site.
• Solid command of construction schedules, OSHA jobsite safety and quality control.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Ability to clear the owner's security badge and background screening.
• Preferred: active data center access badge, mission-critical experience, 15+ years in commercial building with five spent supervising, OSHA 30 plus first aid and CPR.

Location: Ashburn, VA

Pay: $55 to $65 per hour
