Job summary

Ashton North LLC in Manassas, VA is seeking a Safety Technician for an on-site contract role with an active data center construction project. You will oversee safety, verify fall protection, operating equipment controls, and coordinate with the Site Safety Manager.

Safety Technician

Be the field safety presence for an installation crew working in an active data center construction environment.

What you will do

• Observe module lifts, document hazards and corrective actions, and support worker orientation.

What we are looking for

• Practical knowledge of OSHA construction standards for fall protection, aerial platforms, powered industrial trucks and rigging.
• OSHA 30 Construction and First Aid/CPR/AED; ability to cover an assigned day or second shift.

Assignment details

Expected start: Week of November 30, 2026. Project installation is scheduled through May 2027; actual assignment length depends on the project schedule. Expected schedule: five 10‑hour shifts per week (50 hours), with 40 regular hours and 10 overtime hours. Overtime beyond 40 hours in a workweek is paid at 1.5 times the base hourly rate.
