Environmental Education of New Mexico is seeking an Assistant (Sub-Contractor) for two in-person training days in Albuquerque, NM. The role focuses on note taking, timekeeping, and supporting the Lead Facilitator for Song Dog Relations, LLC.

Rate: $30 – $35/hour, depending on experience

Hours: A total of 20 hours

Must live in Albuquerque, NM and have reliable transportation, access to a laptop and needs to be available for an in-person client training on Monday, November 30th and Monday, December 14th, 2026.

Assistant – Job Description

We are in need for an Assistant to support our Lead Facilitator at an in-person Facilitator Training we are providing for a client on two separate days. The Assistant will provide adequate notetaking and timekeeping expertise in support of the Lead Facilitator for Song Dog Relations, LLC. In addition, this role will support planning, setup, breakdown and a debrief with the Lead Facilitator at each training day. Notes will be organized and provided to the Lead Facilitator in a timely fashion through the use of Google Drive tools after each training session.

The Assistant is required to attend both in-person training sessions we are providing for our client on Monday, November 30th and Monday, December 14th in Albuquerque, NM.

An ideal candidate would have experience with facilitation and/or is familiar with the programming and services offered by Song Dog Relations, LLC.
