Job summary

Environmental Education of New Mexico is seeking an Assistant (Sub-Contractor) for two in-person training days in Albuquerque, NM. The role focuses on note taking, timekeeping, and supporting the Lead Facilitator for Song Dog Relations, LLC.

The ideal candidate will be available for November 30 and December 14, 2026, have reliable transportation and access to a laptop, and be comfortable working onsite and coordinating with the client’s team.

Qualifications

• Attend two in-person training days in Albuquerque, NM.
• Provide accurate notetaking and timekeeping support to the Lead Facilitator.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Facilitator during in-person training sessions.
• Prepare and organize notes; share timely reports after each session via Google Drive.
• Assist with planning, setup, breakdown and debrief after each training day.
• Be available for trainings on Monday, November 30th and Monday, December 14th, 2026.
