Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Stylist to engage with guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products and services.

This temporary role trains under an Elite or Master Stylist for the first 3 months. After month three, you will begin serving guests of your own while continuing to develop skills in hair design, color, and styling, with opportunities to participate in in-store events and promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Experience with hair services preferred.
• Able to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service and contribute to meeting store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Assist mentor Stylist and perform hair services after month three.
• Demonstrate products and services to guests to drive sales.
• Maintain salon cleanliness and comply with safety standards.
