Responsibilities

• Support and be mentored by Elite/Master Stylist for the first months.
• Perform hair services after month three and demonstrate product education.
• Assist with events, promotions, and maintaining salon standards.
• Maintain attendance, stay informed on industry trends, and ensure compliance.
