Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Assistant Stylist for a temporary position in our salon. The role focuses on engaging guests, consulting on hair care needs, and recommending products and services.

You will be mentored by an Elite or Master Stylist for the first months, gaining experience in performance, people, and process. After three months you may begin serving guests of your own while continuing to learn advanced skills, including color, cuts, styling, and makeup applications where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional guest service and building relationships.
• Ability to consult on hair care needs and recommend products/services.
• Strong communication and teamwork to support stylists and guests.

Responsibilities
