Candidates must have a 200‑hour RYT certificate and are required to teach classes on the schedule (Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin).

Qualifications

Previous management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, and train teachers and front desk staff
• Work a minimum of 40 in‑studio hours per week
• Be present at the studio during peak business hours, evenings, and weekends
• Track studio budget
• Address day‑to‑day maintenance needs
• Process payroll
• Oversee inventory
• Work 4‑5 front desk shifts
• Perform extensive cleaning all day, every day
• Lead teacher trainings
• Lead and manage teachers and front desk staff
