Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, ensuring studio presence during peak hours, managing budgets, and maintaining studio operations. Additional perks include 60% coverage of health, dental, and vision insurance up to $535 per month.

We are looking for enthusiastic, growth‑driven Manager and Assistant Managers who love Yoga to join our company.

Candidates must have a 200‑hour RYT certificate and must teach classes on the schedule (Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin).

Previous management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring and training teachers and front desk staff
• Working a minimum of 40 in‑studio hours per week
• Being present at the studio during peak business hours (evenings and weekends)
• Tracking studio budget
• Addressing day‑to‑day maintenance needs
• Processing payroll
• Oversee inventory
• Work 4–5 Front Desk shifts
• Lots of cleaning – all day every day!
• Lead Teacher Trainings
• Lead and manager teachers and front desk staff
• Hot 8 Yoga to pay 60% of Health, Dental and Vision insurance (up to $535/month)
