Job summary

Stretch Zone in Maryland is looking for an Assistant Studio Manager to oversee daily operations, keep the studio welcoming and organized, and ensure members have a great experience with practitioner‑assisted stretching.

You will lead and coach up to five Sales Associates, manage schedules, greet members by name, and support the team in reaching membership and revenue targets while maintaining a high level of service.

Qualifications

• Paid experience managing 1–2 team members.
• Retail sales experience with cash handling, KPIs, and P&L familiarity.
• A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Open and oversee day-to-day studio operations, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for members.
• Lead by example and coach up to five Sales Associates; manage schedule, phones, and follow-ups on missed appointments.

As an Assistant Studio Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, drive membership growth, and help members experience the benefits of practitioner‑assisted stretching—all while leading and developing a high‑performing team.

A Day in the Life

• Your day starts by opening the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members.
• As members arrive, you greet them by name, check them in, and make sure each person feels comfortable and cared for.
• Throughout the day, you lead by example—coaching up to five Sales Associates, checking the schedule, answering phones, and following up on missed appointments.
• You support the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner‑assisted stretching.
• Between appointments, you're tracking performance metrics, reviewing KPIs, and ensuring the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals. If a member has a question or concern, you're there to resolve it with professionalism and a personal touch.
• Every day, you're building a culture of excellence, accountability, and service.
