Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with two years engineering/railroad related experience OR
• Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline with Jr Engineer Program OR
• Approximately 5 years Structures experience with leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, monitoring, and coordinating construction, maintenance and plumbing activities with safety and cost controls.
• Take on Structures Supervisor responsibilities as needed for short-term coverage.
• Enforce labor agreements and ensure proper communication to employees.
• Provide technical support to Structures Forces and coordinate with other departments on Joint Ventures.
• Monitor locations and ensure work is performed safely and as assigned.
