Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Leadership experience in structures or railroad environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, monitoring, and coordination of construction, maintenance and plumbing activities.
• Provide technical support to Structures Forces.
• Enforce labor agreements and safety policies.
• Ensure employees are at assigned locations and work performed safely and efficiently.
• Lead safety meetings and conduct safety audits.
